   【摘要】污泥脱水机和皮带输送排泥机在配电电气启动运行过程中，运输机皮带频繁地跑偏，导致生产出来的泥饼大量脱落在机器周围及污水输送管道中，需浪费大量的人力来进行污泥的清理和机器运行的控制，机器原有的电源配电盘，在生产泥饼的过程中，存在许多的问题，需要进行机电方面的改造与革新。
